Forecast: Dry with sunny spells this afternoon. Cold, with RSTs struggling to lift much above zero in places. A dry evening and much of the night with some mist and fog, but scattered snow showers are expected to push in from from the west later and into tomorrow morning, mostly affecting western parts of Cumbria. RSTs well below zero with the risk of ice and hoar frost. Confidence is reduced slightly due to some uncertainty on the extent of snow showers overnight
