Heavy rain continuing this afternoon, with strong winds. Staying windy overnight, with clear spells and rain turning more showery. There is a chance that rain could turn sleety over higher ground at times. RSTs expected to hold above zero, but could behave erratically should any sleet fall over high ground. Mostly cloudy with further showery rain tomorrow morning, and staying windy.
