Finance Assistant

Hours: 27.5 hours per week over 5 days

Weeks: 40 working weeks (Term time +3 days inset + 7 days during summer                                   holiday)

We are looking for a permanent Finance Assistant to join our experienced office team to start as soon as possible.

Caldew is a well-established secondary school in the Dalston area of Carlisle. We have over a thousand students and state of the art educational facilities including internal and external sports provision.

The successful candidate will exhibit good communication skills, accuracy and reliability.  You will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager in all financial undertakings.  Experience of working in a school is preferred but not essential if you have transferrable skills.  At Caldew we will provide you with personalised training and support to ensure your development.  We offer excellent continuous professional development, well-being support and resources to aid you in your role. 

The school operates a cycle to work scheme.
