Sharp showers feeding in on blustery westerly winds today. Some of these showers may become wintry, especially into this evening with sleet or perhaps hail at times. Snow will be possible for Hartside. RSTs will become erratic within any wintriness this afternoon/evening. Showers persisting for the first half of the night before drier conditions develop from the early hours with clearing skies. Staying blustery tonight. RSTs falling close to or below zero with the risk of ice and hoar frost. Clouding over tomorrow morning with prolonged spells of rain moving in.
