Cleaner

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, energetic Cleaner to join our hard working team.  We are looking for someone, preferably with cleaning experience, who can help to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout school. The start date is Monday, 2 September 2024 or as soon as possible.

OP3  £23,151 pro rata, hourly rate £11.79 with a non-contractual pay supplement to increase to the UK Living Wage of £12 per hour

15 hours per week, 3.15pm-6.15pm (term time) + 4 weeks during school holidays (Annual Leave based on continuous years’ service)

The candidate needs to:
•    Be reliable, trustworthy, be aware of safeguarding and confidentiality
•    Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
•    Have an awareness of COSHH regulations
•    Have an awareness and understanding of health and safety procedures
•    Be willing to undertake any relevant training and development as required
•    Be able to communicate with other adults and pupils
