Seaton Academy is a friendly and vibrant school. The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and well organised Class Teacher to join our dedicated team in a Year 2 class. 

The successful candidates will play a key role in Teaching a Year 2 class in a thriving 2 form entry infant school.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working in Year 2 or KS1 though this is not essential. 

Seaton Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and well-being of its pupils, engages with young people and staff in Policy and practice developments, proactively encourages feedback and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to complete a safeguarding declaration form.

The successful applicant will be subject to appropriate checks and undertake an enhanced DBS and, where appropriate to the post, a requirement to complete a Childcare Disqualification declaration.
