16.67 Hours per week

Due to ‘the expansion of our pupil numbers’ we are looking to recruit a Kitchen assistant to work within our established team of outstanding practitioners in our school.  

James Rennie School is a well- established outstanding special school in the Kingstown area of Carlisle.  We have up to 201 students on roll ranging from 3-19 within our well- equipped and modern facilities. We would like the successful candidate to be an enthusiastic person who can work proactively as part of our catering team and wider school family. We are a dynamic, caring school with a warm and friendly ethos and we expect all of our staff to use this ethos within their working practices.  The ability to be proactive and flexible is a must and the ability/willingness to work with our teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our students should be your target.
 
The successful candidate will benefit from personalised training to ensure that they have all the tools to complete the role to a required standard.
