Start Date: Tuesday 6th January 2025 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
Salary: PCD8 - Grade 8, SCP19-20 (10 hrs pro-rata, 40 weeks, £15.48-£15.75 per hour)
Hours: 10 hours per week over 5 afternoons.
Paid weeks per year: Term time only (38 weeks) plus two weeks.

The Executive Headteacher and Local Governing Body of Kirkland CE Academy, part of The Good Shepherd Trust are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic higher level teaching assistant to support learning at this vibrant school. The role will involve both supporting groups of children, including whole classes, and leading interventions as directed by the class teacher.

- is able to work as part of a supportive team and act on both initiative and specialist advice;
- is enthusiastic and flexible with changes in daily routine.
- Has a good understanding of, and a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of all children
