As part of their own career development, our successful and devoted Headteacher moved to another school in the local area. The Governing Body of Cumwhinton Primary School is looking to appoint an inspirational leader following this vacancy arising.

Our new Headteacher should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of school improvement as a senior leader, the ability to successfully motivate and develop the team around them who are professional and positively engaged in our school. We are a ‘Good’ rated Ofsted school following a recent inspection. The role is an opportunity for an experienced leader familiar with this framework, to continually build on this inspection alongside the existing team who place focus on delivering the best quality of education possible.

This post is offered on a fixed term contract due to pupil intervention needs.

             The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a senior teaching assistant from February 2024 to join our experienced team.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, reliable, able to work effectively as part of a team, and should have excellent social skills.

  The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or 3 years full time or 5 years part time experience as a Senior Teaching Assistant.
