UK Shared Prosperity Fund

Both priority A and priority B grants schemes have now closed following an increased number of applications. 

Demand has grown significantly, and we now can only progress those applications already received within the funding we have available.

Funding was available to landlords and businesses within the centre boundaries of Aspatria, Brampton, Carlisle, Cleator Moor, Cockermouth, Dalston, Egremont, Keswick, Longtown, Maryport, Millom, Silloth, Whitehaven, Wigton and Workington. 

We recognise there is high interest for this kind of scheme in our town centres and will continue to look for funding opportunities to support local businesses to bring empty commercial buildings back into use and upgrade our shopfronts.
