You must:

• be aged 18 years and over
• have the right to work in the UK

What you need to provide

Your application must include:

• a clear and legible plan of the premises
• if the application is for authorisation for the selling or supplying of alcohol
• consent from the designated premises supervisor
• proof of your right to work in the UK

You will also need to provide details of your operating schedule including:

• when the premises is open
• when licensable activities are provided
• how you will meet the 4 licensing objectives
