If you have seen or heard of something which you think we should know about, for example, someone selling fake goods or alcohol or cigarettes to young people, please let us know. Give brief details and tell us if you would like someone to get in touch to discuss it further.
If you own or manage a business or farm we can arrange for one of our officers to visit you. They can provide advice on legislation affecting your business, training for you or your staff, or advice on how to resolve customer complaints. Let us know what topics you would like our officer to cover.

Christmas opening hours
Cumbria Trading Standards’ Consumer Direct helpline (08454 04 05 06) will be closed on Christmas Day (Wednesday 25 December), Boxing Day (Thursday 26 December) and New Year’s Day (Wednesday 1 January).
