Staff
Our Service Manager, Adetutu Afe, Holds NVQ L5 is responsible for the appointment of staff, supervision, appraisals, in house training and day to day operation of the service. She is also responsible for referrals, risk assessments and service user plans to ensure a consistency in service delivery. The manager is also responsible for dealing will all complaints, allegations and safeguarding issues as they arise.
Our proposed Contract Manager Shakirat Odetunde, has 10 years of experience in care provision, qualified to L5 Social Care, responsible for oversight of this contract, monitoring record keeping of: care plans, daily logs, incident reports and staff training. Monitors staffing capacity, accepts referrals and organises staff rotas. Liaison for local authority.
Our proposed Supervisor Tunde Olaiya, has extensive knowledge and experience with a long history in care with Train-the-Trainer qualifications in: Learning disabilities/Mental Health/Positive Behavioural Support and is enrolled on Level-5 in Health and Social Care.
