“Letter, I’d like to place on record my thanks and appreciation for the care provided to my parents over the relatively short period that they were in need of your service. From the initial and preliminary visit through to the implementation and delivery of their care plans your service was professional, attentive and sensitive. Your personal involvement with the initial visits of each of your carers was an important commitment which minimised any anxiety that my parents felt. Your carers were all sympathetic, empathetic and dedicated in their engagement with my parents and in the delivery of their care. I will be forever grateful that you and your team assisted my father in getting to his bed on Monday 6 November where he remained until his death. Whilst there was no requirement to provide nursing care your carers clearly approach their tasks and responsibilities with a nursing attitude and professionalism. My fathers unexpected death and my mother’s illness led to the termination of their care agreement much sooner than I could have anticipated. You were the first care provider I approached and an soon as I engaged with you I was so confident that you would be able to meet my parents existing demands that I saw no need to consider any other providers in the care sector. That confidence was proven to be fully justified and I would recommend your business to anyone who needs personal care within their homes. I do sincerely hope that your business evolves and grown in line with your plans and objectives, and I would be very happy to assist in promoting your business in any way I can. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness and best wishes for your future success. ”
“I’m sorry to say that my mother died yesterday. It was a bit of a shock that she died so quickly, but she wasn’t in pain (she could talk to me ok when I went to the hospital a few hours earlier and was reading her newspaper). However, her quality of life hadn’t been great recently, so at least now she can rest in peace. I’m so grateful to you and all of the caters for helping her to stay in her own home for so long – she was always adamant that she didn’t want to go into a home, so it’s nice that she was still in her home for all but the last few days.”
“I wanted to send my sincere and grateful thanks to you and your carer team for their continued unstinting care and professionalism during the current crisis. I and my family want you all to know that your care and compassion represents the very best in human nature and leaves us all in awe of you. I would be very grateful if you could pass on these comments to the whole of your team, along with our sincere thanks and admiration.”
