Company background
Blue Ocean Services Ltd is owner-operated, headed by Founder/Managing Director Francess Dugbo, who is a qualified nurse and our registered manager. We are a highly experienced provider of care and support services, established in 2001, with our main business activities being home care and short bnreaks.
We provide skilled and well-trained support workers to support people with a range of diverse needs including (but not limited to) dementia, elderly care, learning disabilities, common disabling conditions, and end of life.
Our aims are to promote independence, choice, and control and to raise levels of health and wellbeing. We work in close partnership with statutory services such as the NHS and adult social care, and with the voluntary and community aector. Most of our work is contracted via adult social care, children’s social care, and local clinical commissioning croups, with some work undertaken with individuals paying privately for their care.

Francess believes in compassionate, person-centered care, and uses her professional knowledge and connection to the NHS to improve quality and partnership working.
