Brown Glass Healthcare is on a mission to provide the best possible person-centred home care services of the best possible quality. We are a domiciliary care service that is focused on delivering outcome-based services for individuals who live in their own homes.
The aim is to help to improve the quality of life for our service users through certainty of support, quality of service and enabling them to remain independent in their home by providing additional care support where needed. Our goal is to deliver services that focus on the mitigation of hospital admittances, behaviour change and self-care to maximise the ability of service user to live independently and safely, in their own home and within the community.
We are committed to provide services that are entirely safe, effective, caring, reassuringly responsive and very well led. We cherish a vision of excellence in our care and support service provision.
Although Brown Glass Healthcare is not yet inspected by CQC, we have proactively worked closely with the quality assurance offices in Cumberland Council and Westmorland Council. We have been rated recently from the Cumberland quality office as GREEN with score of 88% after several months of evaluation of our service quality monitoring. This is an indication of the quality care Brown Glass Healthcare is providing within the council.
Staff
Our team is led by qualified nurses and registered managers with several years’ experience working across a variety of health care settings supporting the elderly, people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues, challenging behaviors, and Autism.
