Company background

We have successfully provided temporary staff (care assistants, senior carers, nurses and healthcare administration workers) and upskilling and placing them to a diverse pool of clients including:

domiciliary care providers
mental health supported living units
mental health hospitals and care homes

We also directly provide unregistered and CQC registered care services to members of the community through private contracts which are delivered mostly by our team of care assistants.

Staff

Our longevity and diversity in services provided is a reflection of our staff’s commitment to delivering high quality care for service users and we ensure that they are supported through on-going training and one-on-one management sessions. Most healthcare employees progress into NHS roles and we recognise the need for us to be able to attract and retain top quality staff to help us achieve our vision; To Create Solutions for Generations (CSG) within the health and social care sector.
