Company background

M'kadesh Healthcare Ltd started as an Employment Agency in 2019 and was subcontracted by several private companies such as Allied Health Care, Agine Care, Cera Care, CRG My Homecare and Wrexham County Council. After gaining sufficient Health and Social Care industry experience, we felt we needed to register with CQC in Mar 2023 and offer our services directly to clients to fulfil our passion and dedication.

Therefore, M’kadesh Healthcare Ltd provides care services for individuals in their own home to enable them to remain as independent as possible while being cared for at home in such a way that their dignity, privacy, are given the highest priority and they are always treated in a respectful manner. We provide high-quality service underpinned by some strong principles.

Staff

We also value our staff who are the bedrock of the excellent service we provide. We have a rigorous recruitment selection and statutory vetting procedure.

All staff undergo a vetting process before engaging with any clients including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check, two references checks one of which must be from their current or most recent employer and a mandatory training program.

Our staff undergo a comprehensive induction and mandatory training where they are assessed for competency prior to undertaking work.
