Company background

TPS Healthcare prides itself on delivering professional, reliable care enabling people to continue to live comfortably and with dignity in their own home. Established in 2008 in Yorkshire and the North of England we have striven to supply the best bespoke home care services. We understand the importance of being in control of your own life and care, we design our services to support your personal choices at every stage. We look after and respond to our Service User’s needs on a 24hour basis.

We are an independent Homecare Service providing care and supported living services to Service User’s in their own homes on a one to one basis. We provide our services for people who are elderly, have physical or learning disabilities, mental healthcare support needs, or sensory impairment. We can assist people to meet their personal or domestic or social care needs. All staff at TPS Healthcare undergo a criminal record check and are fully trained to deliver the range of services we offer.

TPS Healthcare is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

Our aim is to provide distinguished customised empathetic care and support to people who are temporarily or permanently incapable to look after themselves in their own homes. To do this, we work to comprehend the benefits of living independently in one’s home and the positive effects this has on an individual’s quality of life. We work together with multi-disciplinary teams and incorporate with local authorities/health and social care trusts as well as the community to offer the best support to our service users, designed to assist in achieving satisfactory individual needs.

Our objectives are to commit to a person-cantered and inclusive partnership-based approach to our service delivery, which includes every person in receipt of our service, their family or carer, local authority and health and social care trusts, and other agency colleagues.

To commit to every individual in our service in order that they will have a stable fulfilling environment that enables them to retain independence and remain in control of choices and decisions.

To commit to every individual’s right is in order that they continue to be Independent, with a sense of security, feeling that their dignity is respected, feeling empowered through acknowledging their civil rights, and upholding principles of confidentiality.

To commit to promoting an all inclusive culture and spirit that transcends the racial, cultural, religious, gender, sexuality, and social background of every individual in our care.

To commit to recruitment of the best befittingly qualified staff who will reflect our multicultural society, train, support, develop and empower them to deliver unequalled service to every individual in our service.

To commit to providing seamless 24 hour services to every person in our service 365 days a year.
