Company background

Tri-elite Support and Care limited is a new starter organisation registered with Care quality Commission since 1 November 2023. We are a private company established by three qualified social workers, who have a combined experience of over 30 years covering Adult social work, Hospital Social work, Learning Disabilities, and Children and families Social work areas. One of the directors is also a Registered General Nurse in addition to being a social worker, as such our experience does not only stretch to the day to day needs of service users but the overall quality assurance of the business. We have extensive experience working with service users and care providers. Having worked with various service users with care and support needs we saw a quality gap in the provision of care, and this became our driving force to establish this company. We believe with our experience in the Health and Social Care industry we will be able to deliver an undeniable service which is of high quality and standards. 

Tri-elite Support and Care Limited has been set up to provide domiciliary care services to vulnerable citizens 18 to 65+; Adults who are recovering from illness, Frail and vulnerable adults, people with physical disabilities, illnesses (including end of life care), dementia and sensory impairment who are in need of care and support. The aim of this service is to enable vulnerable citizens to remain in their own homes and we will deliver a service that meets their personal, emotional, social and environmental needs in a caring and supportive manner. We aim to empower Service users to live a satisfying lifestyle at home by promoting independence and helping with all aspects of personal care, safety, safe medication management, maintain and regain independence, wellbeing, and support with nutrition. 

Staff

Tri-elite Support and Care Limited provides an internal quality monitoring system to ensure that service is of the required standard and quality. This is done throughout our procedures of monitoring, quality assurance, any changes and reviews and evaluation of care packages. It is our goal to employ competent, caring and well-trained staff who are responsive to the needs of our service users and families.

Each staff will meet the care standards educational and training requirements for the service they provide. All our staff undergo a well-structured induction period and are required to apply for a DBS check. New staff members are required to have completed our competency framework, which ensures they have read support plans, are aware of our policies and experience/understand typical duties whilst under the supervision of an allocated team member or manager. In turn our company provides our staff with competitive compensation, good working environment, knowledgeable trustworthy management and direction.
