Company background
Our vision is to provide the highest standard of person-centred domiciliary home care and support to individuals in and around our community, ensuring every person is valued, included and empowered.
Our mission is to provide a highly skilled and managed service that offers a future to those who need it.
To support individuals within our community to maintain their self-respect, confidence, skills and lifestyle ensuring that this is all carried out in a manner in which they are comfortable with and feel is possible for them to manage independently, all whilst remaining in their home environment.
Staff
Our team of dedicated and passionate carers provide our service users with a high level of care and support. We have teams of carers allocated to different areas within the community to ensure that continuity is maintained as much as possible, this also makes sure that the person-centred approach that we value so highly as a care provider is delivered.
All members of our teams are trained to a high level, which is continuous, and their development is progressive throughout their career with the company. They achieve the Care Certificate as required through Skills for Care and once completing a successful six-month probationary period, are enrolled on to the Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
Some of our more senior staff members have achieved a Train the Trainer qualification in tasks such as Moving People Safely, Infection Control, Continence, Nutrition Using PEG Feeding, Basic Stoma Care, Skin Care and Prevention of Pressure Ulcers.

Testimonials
‘Many thanks for the wonderful care that you have delivered to my father during his last 6 months of life. You enabled him to stay in his own home in which he had lived for 51 years. You helped him to stay in his home after losing Mum. He valued your loving care with your cheerfulness and also how you perceived his needs, nothing was any trouble to you, even cleaning his yard, which was bothering him, without being asked. I valued you attending his cremation very much, I also appreciated your reliability and your sincerity in all that you did.’
‘Big thank you for the great care given to our Mam, she appreciated all of you. Many thanks for making her end of life more comfortable. We honestly think she lasted a lot longer than we expected due to the care of all of you. We would recommend you to everyone. Once again a big thank you and God bless.’
‘The staff were very friendly and professional. It was an extremely difficult time for all of the family, but they made us all feel relaxed and comfortable with them, visiting our Dad for the last few days of his life. This job is extremely hard, especially in these times, all the staff should be very proud of themselves. Keep up the good work.’
