Holistic Care 4U, a family-owned and operated business founded by Taurai and Gloria Tongoona, embarked on its journey to provide the ‘best possible care’ services in August 2019. Since its inception, the company has experienced substantial growth, now delivering approximately 1,250 hours of care per week. In our growth we are committed to our mission: "To provide the best possible care."
Our vision, "To be the provider and employer of choice," drives our pursuit of excellence in homecare services. We have strategically positioned ourselves to making a significant impact in the communities we serve.
At the heart of our operations are the 6C's - Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - which we have adopted as our core values. These values not only define our approach to service delivery but also shape our organisational culture and ethos. My mother has Dementia and I struggle to manage her without the help of Holistic. They encourage mum to eat meals in a friendly and funny way. She had previously been losing weight and wasn't a happy person. She now enjoys the carers company as they play dominoes with her and laugh a lot. We would like to say a HUGE thank you to TT and the team at Holistic Care4U. Mum received care from August 2021 until May 2023, when she could no longer manage at home, and moved to a care home. The team have always worked hard to support mum to maintain her independence for as long as possible, and treated her with care and dignity at all times. A special mention to Debby, who has always responded to my messages, giving me support and been shoulder to cry on at times. As mum would say when asked how she is, she always responded with 'I'm here' :-) Best wishes for TT and the team, many thanks
