Deferred Payment Agreement (DPA) fees from 8 April 2024

Interest charge reviewed six monthly in line with Government Gilt rates.

You will be given the option of paying these fees as you incur them or they can be added to the loan to be paid at a later date.

You may incur some costs in obtaining independent advice or in obtaining the documents necessary to set up the Deferred Payment Agreement.

Meals charges are not means-tested. Everyone pays the same flat rate charge to the service provider.
