We believe in making every day fulfilling, inclusive, and fun. Our day service is designed to help individuals discover new interests and develop valuable life skills through a wide variety of activities, including:

- swimming
- gym sessions
We have weekly outings to our local sports stadium for 'Bikes for All', as well as indoor walking football, and bowling at the nearby bowling club - encouraging physical activity and fun in a social setting.
