Jigsaw
Friday Jig. Join us every Friday while we are open, for a communal jigsaw experience. Drop-in and pop in some pieces, while soaking up our warm and inviting environment.
When: Every Friday 9am to 2pm
Lego club
Lego themed fun for children under 10. Please call 01946 506085 to book a place.
When: Fortnightly on a Thursday 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Board Games
Drop in to play board games - for all ages (children to be accompanied by adults).
When: Every Monday 11am to 1pm
Knit and Natter
Want to up skill and/ or make new friends? Come along and have a go at crocheting, sewing, and knitting.
When: Every Tuesday 2pm to 4pm
Tech Time
Bring along your laptop, tablet or phone to learn the basics and discover new things for 1 to 1 sessions. Booking is essential, to book call 01946 506085.
When: Fortnightly on Friday mornings 10am to 12pm.
Skills 4 You
Aimed at age 16+ unemployed Copeland residents, offering support, volunteer opportunities, training, employment, free courses, cv help and interview techniques.
When: Weekly drop in session every Monday 12pm to 1.30pm.
Health and wellbeing support
This library provides:
- Macmillan cancer drop-in and cancer awareness - this is through the Macmillan Cancer information Project
- dementia resource bags - these are aimed for use at home with individuals or family members affected by dementia to promote reminiscence or discussions.
