Cumberland Council are hosting a programme of free drop in events within libraries throughout the Cumberland area to provide advice and guidance on their Sustainable Warmth schemes. Everyone is welcome to drop in, chat to the team, discuss their eligibility, and find out more about available grants and home energy efficiency upgrades.
The Sustainable Warmth Team offers free support to help you save money on your heating bills by making your home more energy efficient (eligibility criteria applies). Some households also qualify for free energy efficiency upgrades.
The free drop in events will take place during National Libraries Week 2023 (w/c 2 October). This year’s National Libraries Week theme focusses on sustainability and climate change. These events will provide the perfect opportunity for Cumberland residents to chat to the Sustainable Warmth Team about the home energy efficiency upgrades that help in the phasing out of fossil fuels and save you money.
