These works are scheduled to commence on Tuesday 29 August 2023 for eleven days, until Wednesday 8 September, weather permitting.
To enable the council to complete works safely there will be a full road closure on the C1038 between the B6263 and Knothill, with a signed diversion route in place.
There may be some disruption at times for residents, and the council are asking that residents find alternative parking. If residents or businesses require access to their property, we kindly request that this be discussed with the Traffic Marshal who will be on-site during the works.
People are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and follow the designated diversion route.
Depending on the site activities residents may have to wait a short time until it is safe to be escorted through the works site.
Access will be maintained for emergency services during the works.
