PL905e<br/><br/>Housekeeping Assistants – Cumbria Outdoors<br/><br/>Hours: Casual Hours<br/><br/>Workbase: Cumbria Outdoors at Hawse End Centre Portinscale<br/><br/>Contract: Casual Worker Agreements <br/><br/>We have an opportunity in our Outdoor Education Centre for hard-working friendly and flexible people to join us as Housekeeping Assistants. The successful individuals will be passionate about making a difference and ensuring each person who stays with us has their dietary and comfort needs catered for.<br/><br/>Hawse End Activity Centre is a large Victorian mansion set on the shores of Derwentwater. We provide a safe caring home-from-home environment for up to 73 residents and offer a unique learning outside the classroom experience. Our team are busy supportive and provide a warm and comfortable base for groups to return to after a day of activities in the outdoors.<br/><br/>As a Housekeeping Assistant you will support the day to day running of the house ensuring satisfactory housekeeping in all areas whilst also supporting with some outdoor duties. Other duties may include assisting in the kitchen and dining room.<br/><br/>The right people will work to maintain the highest standards and ensure adherence to Environmental Health & CCC procedures. We are looking for motivated positive and methodical people to join our small housekeeping team. You will be one of the many faces of the Centre and delivering great customer service is a necessity as well as building good relationships with our wider team and clients. <br/><br/>Full PPE will be provided in line with Covid-19 procedures including training on how to use it to keep you safe.<br/><br/>If successful at interview you will join our supply register and we are offering these posts on a Casual Worker Agreement basis.
