Cleaner

The post will commence on Monday 2nd September 2024. 

Frizington Nursery School & Preschool are looking to employ a Cleaner who is dedicated, loyal and hard working to provide our children with a clean and vibrant learning environment. We would like the candidate to be able to clean to a high standard and use their initiative to ensure all areas of the school are well kept and maintained. 

 Term Time +1week, 16 hours per week. Permanent.

The post will involve lone working and key holder responsibilities to ensure the school building is secure each evening. 

. The successful candidate will; 

•    Be willing to undertake relevant training when required. 
•    Have good communication skills. 
•    Manage the up keep of our current high standards of cleanliness. 
•    To be proactive and manage their duties within the allocated time. 
•    Liaise with the School Business Manager to ensure all cleaning products are well stocked and inform them of any necessary orders.  
•    Display a professional attitude at all times.
•    Work constructively as part of a team.
