Head of Geography

We are seeking to appoint an excellent, motivated and passionate subject specialist to lead our Geography department within our intentionally small, family school. The post is equally suited to an experienced Head of Department seeking a new challenge or an ambitious Teacher of Geography keen to take their next steps into Middle Leadership.
As Head of Geography, you will take overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are delivered, resources are used efficiently and effectively, and the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy.
