Teacher of Personal Development

 Our Personal Development department lead the education of life skills and developing students’ character.

 We are looking for a Personal Development teacher to work with students to develop their independence, decision making and resilience skills and to teach them about key issues and topics such as finances, relationships and aspirations.

The successful candidate will:

•    Be an outstanding practitioner.
•    Have a clear understanding of the characteristics of high quality teaching and proven experience of teaching across the whole age and ability range.
•    Be able to demonstrate their commitment to our students.
•    Motivate both colleagues and students to work hard and try their best through passing on to them their infectious enthusiasm and passion.
•    Actively share good practice and seek to explore ways to improve their own and others’ teaching.

Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
