Hours and Days Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks)

Job Profile: G7 Scale point: 12 £23,411 per annum pro rata (FTE £26,421)  rising to SCP 14 £24,217 per annum pro rata (FTE £27,334) following a successful 6 month probation period

Hours and Days: Current working hours are 37 per week:
Monday to Thursday     8.00am – 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.  

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

The Attendance Officer’s role is to ensure school systems for recording and monitoring pupil attendance work effectively, reporting for whole school and sub groups, internally and externally.To liaise regularly with parent/carers on attendance issues and to encourage and actively promote good attendance via the School’s inclusion linked reward schemes.

We are interested in talking to those who have experience of working in a school environment as well as those looking for a new challenge. You will undergo an induction process where training will be provided.
