Teaching Assistant

To start after Easter or as soon after

Teaching Assistant, Temporary, 1 term until July 2024 initially  due to budgetary funding 
1 Five days 28.75 to 32.5 hours in KS1 (hours can be agreed to suit the candidate)

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and skilled Teaching Assistant to work in our school. This role needs someone who can support the class teacher and support children with additional needs/SEND 1:1 or in groups.

Applicants need to be qualified to Level 3 for both roles.

• Be familiar with the KS1 curriculum OR Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance and Development Matters depending on the role you are applying for.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff.
