Pastoral Head of Year

Permanent 
Part Time - 3 Days Per Week (Wednesday - Friday)
Working Hours: 22.5 Per Week 40 Term Time Weeks

West Lakes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join the Pastoral Team, 3 days per week. This is a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students and visitors.
The successful candidate will:

•    Remove barriers to learning
•    Liaise effectively with colleagues and external agencies
Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
