Job Title: Teaching Assistant Apprentice x 2
Start Date: As soon as possible 
Contract Type: Fixed term, full time

We seek to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant apprentice. The main duties of the role include:
•    Complementing the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for learning activities, for individuals and groups, under an agreed system of supervision and guidance. 
•    Supporting the vocational achievement of students within our engineering workshops. 
•    Monitoring individual and/or directed students.  
•    Assessing, recording and reporting on individual student’s achievement, progress and development. 
•    Monitoring and intervening in specific student’s behaviour.
•    Assisting with the timetabling of TA support in consultation with the SENDCo.
