Student Support Officer

Required as soon as possible 
Permanent full time contract 
37 hours per week term time only (46.6 weeks)
NJC Scale SO1 £32,076 - £33,945 per annum pro rata  (actual salary £28,745 - £30,419 per annum) 

We are seeking to recruit a Student Support Officer to support students and staff in the Sixth Form. The successful candidate will provide high calibre information, advice and guidance specifically for Key Stage 5 students and will co-ordinate the student leadership group for the sixth form.  

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and visionary individual to support the Sixth Form and specifically, Key Stage 5 students at St Benedict’s Catholic High School. We are looking for a candidate who has drive, passion and the ability to work flexibly. 

You will have good literacy and numeracy skills, be competent with ICT and be qualified to degree level or other equivalent level professional qualification in a relevant field.  

This is a permanent full time term time only post (46.6 weeks).
