The Governors of Newlaithes Junior School are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to teach in our great school. We are looking for a teacher who has a love of learning as well as teaching, a teacher who is committed, dynamic, creative, caring and nurturing.  Our children are enthusiastic, sporty, creative and a delight to know.  We are a team of very supportive colleagues, parents and Governors who would make you feel very welcome.  We have high expectations and we want someone who is going to take a real pride in their work and love being part of our school family.

• Have a secure understanding of assessment and be able to place this at the centre of your teaching

• Be a team-player with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Most importantly, be committed to professional development and have high expectations of your own practice.
