Library/ Independent Study Supervisor

Permanent part time post 33 hours per week term time only
NJC Scale 4 £24,294 - £25,979 pro rata
(actual salary £19,417 - £20,764)

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and talented Library/ Independent Study Supervisor.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and visionary candidate to join our library team. We are looking for a colleague who has drive, passion and a proven record and who has the vision, commitment and determination to manage and promote our school library.

St Benedict’s School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its students.  All applicants are subject to the requirements of the Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education guidelines.  This will include checks with past employers and the need for the successful applicant to hold or undergo a suitable enhanced DBS disclosure.  This is a part time permanent post 33 hours per week term time only (46.6 weeks).  Typically, hours will be worked Monday through Wednesday 8.30am – 4pm and Thursday through Friday 8.30am – 3pm (includes 30 minutes unpaid break each day).
