Permanent Full Time Early Years Senior Teaching Assistant
PCD7 - £26,421(A) per annum, pro rata for 32.5 hours per week term time only

St. Michael’s Primary School in Bothel is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Teaching Assistant to join our warm and family-friendly school. With a small school community, we offer a close-knit environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Early Years lead in planning and delivering engaging and stimulating learning experiences across the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum both indoors and outdoors in our fantastic newly developed EYFS area
• Working with EYFS children to provide tailored support and interventions.
• Supporting the development of a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Assisting with classroom management and the smooth running of daily activities.
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families to promote a collaborative learning experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, caring, flexible and patient approach to supporting young learners.
