Learning Support Assistant

• 3 Positions ranging from 15-35 hours (negotiable)
• 1 position EYFS - (December 2024 – July 2025)
• 1 position KS1 - (January 2025 – December 2025)
• 1 position KS1 / KS2 mix - (December 2024 – July 2025)

Salary:
PCD5 £21,968 (A) per annum pro rata 37 hours per week term time only

Post details:

•  Required from December 2024 and January 2025 or as soon after
•  3 posts ranging from 15-35 hours – negotiable
•  We are looking to appoint a person who will work closely with the SENCO and Class teachers to support the class teaching and Individual Learners.
•  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated person to develop our children's education The successful candidate will be expected to:
•  Provide and deliver learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils under the professional direction and supervision of a qualified teacher, differentiating and adapting learning programmes to suit the needs of allocated pupils
•  Have knowledge and experience of delivering Read Write Inc
•  Be a good communicator with staff, pupils and parents
•  Have knowledge of and comply with all school policies and procedures including the code of conduct, child protection, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to a nominated person
• Have the ability to inspire and motivate
•  Be flexible and resilient as well as demonstrating a patient approach
