 22.5 hours per week over 3 days but other patterns / hours considered
Term Time [38 weeks] plus 1 week

Do you have a science background? Would you like to join a friendly and supportive science department on a flexible maternity cover as a Science Technician for around 3 days per week?

Our brilliant technicians support the practical and technical aspects of the curriculum by preparing, maintaining, organising and managing the resources required for healthy, safe, secure and exciting lessons to be carried out by staff and students. Previous experience working in a school would be an advantage but scientific knowledge and attitude are more important.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm three days per week however we are happy to consider alternative working patterns/hours. As the role is maternity cover, it is a temporary role until March 2026.

Term time [38 weeks per year] plus INSET training days [1 week]
