We are now seeking an inspirational new headteacher who can build on the success of our retiring head and become part of a close and supportive school community.

This is an opportunity for a committed and ambitious leader who will relish the unique responsibility of leading a small school in a rural community.

Our new headteacher will be inspiring, empathetic and adaptable, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and build relationships in the wider community. They will also be pragmatic and happy to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front in any eventuality.

The successful candidate will be committed to continuous improvement and will be able to demonstrate a range of skills - a talented teacher; adept at managing budgets; a strategic thinker; a problem-solver; and able to multi-task and juggle sometimes competing priorities.
