Changing Lives Learning Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Officer to perform an integral role in delivering a high quality, efficient and effective HR service for the Trust.

You will work in an established HR team and be responsible for managing and delivering day-to-day HR operations ensuring support is provided for Headteachers, senior leaders, and staff across the Trust, while aiding the implementation and application of all human resource policies and procedures.

You will have responsibility for case management and training programmes as well as ensuring the team meets statutory requirements in relation to safeguarding, recruitment and HR procedures.
