The Directors of the Mater Christi Trust and governors of Our Lady and St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School in Maryport are looking to appoint an inspirational committed Headteacher who shares our Catholic vision and has the passion and ambition to lead Our Lady and St Patrick’s. This is a school with a strong Catholic Ethos, with experienced and dedicated staff and a very supportive Governing Body which is shared with St Gregory’s in Workington. Our Lady and St Patrick’s has a very long history of high standards and excellence.  We are looking for a wonderful Headteacher who will embrace the school’s loving Catholic ethos and who will be excited to build on existing strengths.

We are looking for:

•    Someone who is able to lead, motivate and inspire staff and pupils to achieve.
•    A creative and strategic thinker with energy and resilience.
•    An exceptional teacher.
•    Someone who is able to communicate well with good organisational and personal skills.
•    Someone who will ensure our children are known and loved.
