The Cumberland Community Safety Partnership works with key organisations to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
Together, partners take a strategic, joined-up approach to make Cumberland safer for everyone.
Our partners include:
- Cumbria Constabulary
- Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service
- Probation Service
- North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board
- Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board
Community Safety Partnerships (CSPs) are statutory bodies that have existed since 2008. Cumberland’s partnership was formed in April 2023, bringing together two former CSPs from previous district council areas.
Our priorities
We focus on:
- domestic abuse
- violence against women and girls (VAWG)
- antisocial behaviour
- community cohesion
