Our outcomes

The outcomes we want to see through the delivery of this strategy are: 

  • People in Cumberland are healthy and make positive choices about their health and wellbeing
  • People remain independent and healthy for longer
  • People can access the right services in the right place for them at the right time
  • Better, more joined up health, care and wellbeing services and support
