To improve the overall health and wellbeing of everyone in Cumberland and reduce health inequalities.
Our outcomes
The outcomes we want to see through the delivery of this strategy are:
- People in Cumberland are healthy and make positive choices about their health and wellbeing
- People remain independent and healthy for longer
- People can access the right services in the right place for them at the right time
- Better, more joined up health, care and wellbeing services and support

The strategy is based on four themes:
