Children and families

Children's and families services provide education for all ages, social care, youth support, early help, children's centres, the youth offending service, special educational needs and children with disabilities.

Child protection and safeguarding

The SEND Local Offer is the central information point for families with children and young people aged up to 25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

The Children and Families Information Service provides free information, advice and guidance about a wide range of services, activities and entitlements for families with 0 to 19 year olds.
