You can find financial help if you are struggling with the cost of living, social activities for your mental health and welfare support if you're a victim of crime or abuse.

If you need urgent help finding food and essential items, or if you are struggling to cope with your current situation for whatever reason, you are advised to call our support helpline.

You will need to be issued a food voucher from one of our referral agency partners. Statutory agencies such as your GP, housing association or Citizens Advice can assess you for a food voucher and provide signposting for help towards your crisis.
