Apply for or renew a Blue Badge

If you have lost your Blue Badge or it has been stolen, you can apply for a replacement.

If your current Blue Badge expires within the next 12 months

You will need to complete a new Blue Badge application, rather than the lost or stolen Blue Badge application.

How much it costs

It costs £10 to replace your Blue Badge.

You’ll need to provide photocopy proof of your:

• address dated within the last 12 months - for example, a recent bill or council tax bill
• identity - for example, driving licence or birth certificate

Only submit copies of the original document. Any documentation will not be returned to you.
