Cumberland Council is currently conducting a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) review for zones B, D, E, F, H, M, and the surrounding areas. As part of this process, 17 proposals have been designed and will be consulted on during the informal consultation stage, running from 17th February 2025 to 14th March 2025.
We invite you to provide feedback on these proposals by emailing TROresponses@cumberland.gov.uk. Please label your correspondence “Carlisle - TRO Review” and include the relevant proposal number. The deadline for submitting your comments is 14th March 2025.
Following the informal consultation, a statutory consultation phase will take place later this year.
